End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and DT Technology Systems, Inc. (“DT,” “we,” “us”), governing your use of appdrop.com, our web applications, mobile web / PWA clients, and related software distributed by DT (“Platform”). By accessing, installing, or using Appdrop, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. Grant of license

DT grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use Appdrop on compatible devices that you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial, and creative discovery purposes in compliance with this EULA and our Terms & Conditions.

2. Restrictions on use

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the underlying source code of the Appdrop platform infrastructure.
  • Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Appdrop platform without express written authorization from DT.
  • Circumvent or bypass any security features, access controls, or rate limits implemented on the Platform.
  • Use automated scrapers, bots, or extraction tools that impair platform operations.

3. Third-party app disclaimer

You acknowledge that apps listed within Appdrop’s directory that are created and hosted by independent creators are governed by those creators’ own licenses, terms, and agreements. DT’s license under this EULA applies strictly to the Appdrop discovery platform and DT-authored software.

4. Ownership

Appdrop, its software code, visual design, sound design, interface, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of DT Technology Systems, Inc. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by DT.

5. No ongoing maintenance obligation

DT may provide updates, improvements, or modifications to Appdrop at its discretion, but is under no legal obligation to provide ongoing maintenance, continuous updates, or technical support.

6. Warranty and disclaimers

Appdrop is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. DT warrants only that the platform does not knowingly contain malicious code upon deployment. DT does not warrant uninterrupted availability or error-free performance.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It terminates immediately without notice if you fail to adhere to any provision of this EULA. DT also reserves the right to discontinue or terminate access to Appdrop at any time.

8. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
