Terms of Service

Last updated June 16, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and DT Technology Systems, Inc. (“appdrop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of appdrop — including our websites, the apps and games embedded or hosted on appdrop, our publishing tools, and the appdrop SDK (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use appdrop

You may use the Service only if you can form a binding contract with us and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and you may not use it if you are under 13. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Your account

Some features require an account. We use Privy to authenticate you — for example, by email, a social login, or a connected wallet. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials and any connected wallet secure. Notify us promptly at support@appdrop.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. The Service

appdrop is a home for culture-forward, playful web apps and games. Through the Service you can discover and play apps, sign in, save and revisit the outputs you create, build a profile and saved creations, and share your results. We may add, change, or remove apps and features at any time. Apps available on appdrop may be operated by us or by third-party creators, and they may be embedded from or hosted on external infrastructure.

4. Third-party apps and content

Many apps on appdrop are created and operated by independent third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party apps, their content, or their data practices, and listing an app does not mean we endorse it. Your use of a third-party app may be subject to that creator’s own terms and policies. You acknowledge that apps may produce user-generated, automated, or AI-generated content that can be inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, and that you use such content at your own risk.

5. Your content and outputs

“Your Content” means anything you submit, create, or save through the Service, including outputs you generate within apps and information on your profile. You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant appdrop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content as needed to operate and improve the Service, including showing saved outputs back to you, powering your saved creations and profile, and enabling sharing features you choose to use. You are responsible for Your Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate these Terms or any law.

6. Publishing apps

If you publish an app to appdrop — for example, through the appdrop skill, the publishing client, or a connected hosting account — you additionally represent and agree that:

  • You own or have all rights and permissions needed to publish and operate the app and its contents.
  • The app complies with these Terms, our acceptable-use expectations, and all applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for the app’s behavior, its handling of user data, and any infrastructure you connect (such as your own Cloudflare account for hosted apps).
  • You grant us the right to display, distribute, and promote the app and its listing within the Service.

We may review, reject, suspend, or remove any app or listing at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to help anyone else:

  • Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate any third party’s terms while using the Service.
  • Upload, create, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise prohibited.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures, without our authorization.
  • Access the Service through automated means in a way that disrupts it or exceeds reasonable use, or interfere with other users’ enjoyment of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or misuse the appdrop SDK, publishing tools, or APIs except as expressly permitted.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate any person or entity.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, the appdrop SDK, and the appdrop name and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights in the Service. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

9. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it for any purpose without obligation to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or remove any content or app, at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions — will survive.

11. Disclaimers

The Service and all apps and content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any content or output will be accurate or reliable. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, appdrop and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless appdrop and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to Your Content, any app you publish, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts, except where prohibited by applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
